As a pre-requisite staff members who wish to join the expedition should ideally have experience of climbing in the UK and Alps. Climbing to Alpine AD- level or Scottish Winter grade II would be advantageous, however potential team members who do not have this experience at the point of application should agree to reach this level during our training climbs prior to expedition date.
