National Police Adventure Racing Championships

The inaugural Police National Adventure Racing Championships took place within the 999 Eco Adventure Race on Saturday 10th September 2011 in Llangors, Brecon Beacons, South Wales.

The race followed the same format as the 999 Eco Adventure with the same 3 categories; fun, intermediate and advanced. All police teams who entered the 999 Eco Adventure were automatically entered into the championships.

The prize winners were as follows:

The Fun Race was won by team "Dorset Dawdlers" from Dorset Police. Congratulations to Kate Baldwin & Paddy Jones who also finished runners up in the whole event. For a full list of results from the fun race click here.

The Intermediate Race was won by team "Average Joes" from Sussex Police. Congratulations to Mark Baker & Ed Mitchell who were also the overall winners of the event for the second year running. For a full list of results from the intermediate race click here.
